CCPA NOTICE

• the California resident himself or herself (for example, by filling out an Email News Request, or other direct request for information, such as using the Contact Us page on this website or making a call to our Tech Support Line).
• an agricultural extension agent, pest control advisor, farm manager or similar person who contacts us on your behalf or to convey your concerns or questions.

Categories of commercial purposes for which Certis Biologicals may use your Personal Information include:

• Response to inquiries you make through this site or by telephone or other contacts;
• providing Certis Biologicals news in response to you subscribing to our email news list;
• internal use for technical support, product development, or for other internal purposes to accomplish our business purposes and objectives; and

Certis Biologicals does not sell your Personal Information.
